Job Skills / Requirements

Sunstates Security is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to help lead our comprehensive quality assurance program.  The role of the Quality Assurance Manager is to provide a "Service First" approach to employees while delivering QA support to Quality Assurance leadership, the Executive Team, and Regional Operations.    This dynamic role involves regular travel, overseeing transitions for new customers and employees, and managing accounts that require extra attention.  As a key member of our corporate team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our organization.  This position offers a salary of up to $70,000 per year - Plus an annual performance-based bonus along with industry-leading employee benefits that include weekly pay, a 401k savings plan with a company match, full medical, dental & vision insurance benefits, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more!


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Develop and implement a robust quality assurance program to maintain and enhance product/service excellence. Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Manage the seamless transition of new customers and employees by implementing effective onboarding processes. Provide leadership and guidance to the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Monitor accounts that require additional attention, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions. Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the quality assurance program.   Collect and review monthly reports from the field and provide analysis and report on any areas of concern.   Other duties as assigned.

They are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and/or skills required of all personnel so classified.  QUALIFICATIONS  Bachelor’s Degree in business management or a related field is highly preferred.  Proven experience in quality assurance management, preferably in a dynamic and customer-focused environment. Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and best practices.   Excellent leadership and management skills. Ability to travel regularly (up to 1/3 per month) to different regions/locations as part of the job requirement.  Experience in overseeing account transitions for new customers and employees.  Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook. Advanced proficiency with Excel preferred.    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Full-Time position 1st Shift.

Relocation is not provided and travel is required occasionally
