The QA Manager oversees and ensures the quality assurance and quality control processes throughout the construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a Construction Quality Manager for Contractors (CQM-C) certification or equivalent work experience. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of commissioning and punch list processes, coupled with strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively.  Duties Implement and manage quality assurance and quality control procedures on construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and standards.Lead the commissioning process, ensuring systems and components are installed, tested, and operational according to project requirements.Manage the punch list process to identify, track, and resolve deficiencies efficiently, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.Supervise and mentor quality assurance personnel and inspectors, providing guidance and support to uphold high-quality standards.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.  Qualifications                           Construction Quality Manager for Contractors (CQM-C) certification or equivalent construction quality management certification.Proven experience managing the commissioning and punch list processes in construction projects.Demonstrated ability to manage and lead others effectively, fostering a collaborative team environment.Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction quality management, with a track record of successful project completions.Strong understanding of construction practices, techniques, codes, and regulations.Preferred: ICC certifications in building inspection or similar credentials related to construction inspections. The full salary range for this position is $130,000 - $180,000.
