OverviewThe Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) position is focused on maintaining local compliance with State, Federal and BrightSpring Health requirements. The QAM provides leadership oversight to operations in meeting goals and ensure safety and satisfaction for individuals supported. The QAM will work with local programs within your region to develop, coordinate, implement, and monitor quality assurance initiatives and training programs to ensure the delivery of high quality supports to the people and organizations we serve. Quality Assurance Managers play an integral part in ensuring operations meet regulatory and contractual compliance and maintain integrity of documentation to support service delivery.
External Job Description Conducts quality assurance and operational reviews, generate reports, and identify desirable corrective and preventative actionsCreates and distributes schedule for quality assurance checks and full audits to insure audits are completed on a consistent and timely basisMaintains current knowledge of area program regulatory and company requirements to ensure accurate quality assurance reviewFollows company procedure and practice for completing various program quality assessment auditsCompletes Utilization Reviews on a consistent and timely basisCompletes follow-up of Quality Assurance audits on a timely basisRequests and attends training to maintain current knowledge of area program regulatory and company requirements to ensure accurate quality assurance reviewProvides in-services for programmatic staff when requestedMaintains required training per company guidelines and policyEstablishes and maintains corrective action plans and follow up to ensure timely resolution of identifiedissuesCompletes other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degreeExperience conducting quality assurance and continuous improvement activities preferredThree plus years’ experience in quality managementExcellent customer service skillsKnowledge or previous experience working in an office setting with computers, phones, and other related tasks About our Line of BusinessAll Ways Caring HomeCare delivers quality, compassionate and highly individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home – all while maximizing their dignity, privacy and independence.
