ResponsibilitiesEmpower AI: Serves as the Quality Assurance Manager for a large, complex project. Responsible for the effective development and implementation of programs to ensure that all information systems, products, and services meet minimum company standards and end-user requirements

Establishes and maintains a process for evaluating software and associated documentationResponsible for the design and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met during productionMaintains the level of quality throughout the software life cycleConducts formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development life cycleOversees testing of processes and productsEnsures adequate product testing prior to implementationAdministers problem management process including monitoring and reporting on problem resolutionMakes recommendations to superiors and/or customer regarding acquisition and/or implementation of software to increase information systems efficiencyAssigns work to subordinates, monitors performance and conducts appraisalsProvides daily supervision and direction to support staff QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
TS/SCI clearance or eligibilityBachelor’s degree10 years of IT management or engineering leadership experienceExperience working in the defense industryDoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Project Manager qualified (DCWF 802)CCISO, CCSP, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CISSP-ISSEP, CISSP-ISSMP, or GSLC certifiedProject Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certifiedInformation Technology Information Library (ITIL) Foundation certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degreeITIL Intermediate, Practice Manager, Managing Professional, or Strategic Leader certificationExperience supporting Army Information Technology programs
