Lead and manage the entire range of Quality programs for the Hyannis Plant. Position has specific compliance, process, and consumer quality responsibilities. Position will manage a set of matrix relationships within Quality to influence senior management on alignment of Quality strategies, Quality annual objectives, and Plant project plans. Individual will coordinate and deploy Quality Assurance programs across the plant and influence plant leadership with quality best practices.
What you will do…
60% - Develop, drive, and continually improve a comprehensive quality program.

10% - Provide managerial direction and support to the plant's Sanitation function through that
department's supervision.
10% - Drive process improvement initiatives through staff, work group, Campbell Snacks Quality
staff, and R&D (Process Quality)
20% - Manage Consumer Complaint programs, initiatives, and consumer delight models for each
business

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$74,700-$107,400Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
