Leading the Quality Assurance Team at the Vienna Manufacturing site Benatzkygasse (Purification)Responsible for development of QA organizationAssure GMP compliance and Quality on the shop floor, including Batch Record Review, CAPAs, Documentation Approval (SOPs, MBRs) and Change Contols at all levelsEnsure smooth collaboration and alignment with other quality functions (within Takeda network)Develop QA strategy and define/monitor relevant Key Performance IndicatorsDevelop and execute continuous improvement programs for areas of responsibilityPresentation of Events, Change Controls and other Quality relevant topics during internal and external inspections in German/EnglishStrong Leading within CAPA Teams in order to improve processes and solve manufacturing/Quality issues

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is € 4.369,11 gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, so increased payment is possible.
