Quality Assurance Officer
About the position
As a Quality Assurance (QA) Officer, you work closely with the Qualified Persons and QA Associates of the department, but also with Operational Managers and operators of the Integrated Production Team (IPT) Antigen and the QA and IPT Antigen Improvement departments. In addition, you work together with other QA departments, Quality Control and Site Engineering. You report to the QA IPT Antigen Lead.

Center of Excellence Quality Operations (CoE QO) consists of several departments that have been set up with the aim of confirming that the production activities are carried out in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This vacancy is specific to the QA IPT Antigen department.
Primary responsibilities
Timely review of protocols, reports and deviations in accordance with guidelines and proceduresCorrect administration and documentation of data in line with procedures and guidelinesSubject matter expert for GMP compliance during root cause investigations, change control procedures and improvement activities and you approve final protocols and reportsMonitoring compliance activities and ensuring a validated status of GMP processes and systemsReview and approve deviation studiesParticipates in internal and external audits and projects, as neededSupporting training initiativesYour profile
Completed HBO educationKnowledge of and experience with biological and/or pharmaceutical production processesGood GMP knowledgeExcellently developed communication skills in both the Dutch and English languagesStrong ability to make informed decisions quicklyHighly developed organizational skills with an eye for detail and timelinesAn eye for safety and improvementsWhat we offer
