Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist IIIJob Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist III to join our team on-site in Lake County. The successful candidate will engage cross-functionally to investigate and document compliance events, ensuring timely resolution to meet program timelines. This role requires proficiency in working with databases and electronic systems to collect and review relevant metrics, as well as a strong ability to communicate effectively and manage tasks independently. Responsibilities + Investigate and document compliance events across functional areas. + Ensure timely resolution of compliance events to meet program timelines. + Work with databases and electronic systems to gather and analyze data. + Collaborate with business partners to receive investigation results, plan actions, and ensure closure of actions. + Collect and report relevant monthly and quarterly metrics. Essential Skills + Effective communicator with strong technical writing skills. + Self-starter who takes initiative and owns tasks. + Highly organized and detail-oriented. + Ability to lead diverse teams and drive results. + Proficient in learning and utilizing multiple electronic systems. + Proficient in MS Office Suites. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree or equivalent. + Minimum of 2 years of related work experience, 4 years preferred. + Pharmaceutical experience required. + Experience in CAPA, Lean Six Sigma, Quality Assurance, or program management is a plus. Work Environment This position is based on-site in Lake County, working in a group setting. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility. The role does not offer remote work opportunities. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team environment, working with various electronic systems and databases to ensure compliance and quality assurance. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
