Job Details:
Support manufacturing by ensuring quality standards and compliance with cGMP regulations. Work directly with staff during bulk drug substance operations, making real-time decisions on quality requirements and deviations.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide quality oversight for manufacturing operations
+ Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations
+ Review and approve GMP documentation
+ Document deviations from procedures
+ Ensure complete and accurate production records
+ Alert management of risks
+ Complete required training
+ Work in clean room spaces
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree with 2 years of Quality/Manufacturing experience
+ Experience in cGMP environments
+ Decision-making skills
+ Experience with batch records and GMP documentation
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Strong communication skills
+ Ability to navigate ambiguity with minimal oversight
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00
