Our client, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is looking for a Quality Assurance Shipping to join their team in Mahwah, NJ. This role focuses on ensuring compliance and accuracy in the handling, storage, and shipment of controlled substances.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and inspect for any damages.Organize and maintain inventory in the Vault and DEA Cage, ensuring 100% accuracy.Update inventory records and documentation (weekly and quarterly).Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements for controlled substances.Review paperwork for suspicious order patterns and customer authentication.Supervise the pick, pack, and ship process daily.Communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely and secure order processing.Inspect incoming shipments, extract data loggers, and update databases (SAP, QA Share Drive).Generate and forward data logger reports for manufacturing site review.Coordinate with receiving and demand planning teams for efficient shipment handling.Support Quality Management System (QMS) activities and documentation.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry.Knowledge of DEA regulations and handling of controlled substances.Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.Strong understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $27 - $28 per hour (based on experience).Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
