Primarily creation of document, not routine workDo Risk analysisCreating reports: COAs and investigationsDCR – document change request – they have a redline the documents when there is a change requestedHandling customer complaints and creating complaint reportsConducting investigationsHelp with auditsFiling documentsCheck with Customer SpecsMaintain binders and folders - use paper filing, they have Access that generates batch records and COAs and use Excel and Word

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in QA documentation experienceStrong Understanding of GMPs and FDA regulations
