H2 is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support our government client in Washington, DC. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be onsite at the NAVSEA CIO Washington, DC location.
The Quality Assurance Specialist responsibilities include:
· Ensuring the current infrastructure is functional and available, constantly look for ways to make the infrastucture better using the latest technology and the best implementation strategies, and update and patch critical systems.
· Providing your customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management.
· Providing technical expertise as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network.
· Helping your team better understand the network by turning metrics into information and explaining their meaning.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
· Must have 3+ years of experience delivering IT solutions.
· Must have 2+ years of experience with Navy/Marine Corps business processes.
· Ability to work independently and complete assignments and projects effectively in a timely manner.
· Must meet the requirements to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
· Must have HS diploma or GED.
