Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards. You will monitor production processes to identify and address any deviations from quality standards and develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols. You will also perform routine testing and analysis of products to detect any defects or inconsistencies. This role involves collaborating with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions, maintaining accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related activities, and ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and industry standards. Participation in internal and external audits and inspections, providing training and support to production staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices, and continuously improving quality assurance processes and systems are also key responsibilities.

The work environment includes working in an office and occasionally in a lab setting.
