Short Description:
QA is responsible for supplementing the existing business analyst staff of the AOC’s
Automated Trial Court Systems Unit (ATCSU) in gathering requirements for, testing, documenting, and implementing a web-based court application.
Complete Description:
Under the direction of ATCSU management, participate in all phases of project development including, but not limited to, the following activities:
1. Gathering requirements and analyzing user needs including business modeling, definition of use cases, and creation of requirements documents
2. Executing system testing and facilitating user acceptance testing including writing test scripts and test plans.
3. Creating end-user documentation including quick start guides, user manuals, and on-line help systems.
3. Implementing the application including creating lesson plans, scheduling training, and facilitating training.
4. Assisting the users during, and after, implementation via on-site and remote support.
5. Other duties as necessary
