Responsibilities Analyzes performance data and provide actionable information enabling situational awareness and insight to management. Creates, maintains, and reviews data analysis dashboards, metrics, and associated performance indicators and provides feedback to the Leadership team. Supports data integrity strategies providing actionable information and corrective action leading to improvements in organizational performance. Manages and implements the product quality deficiency program ensuring risks are addressed and mitigated in the Governments best interests. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications To qualify for a Quality Assurance Specialist, your resume and supporting documentation must support: A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Designing, planning, and implementing a risk management program for electronics manufacturing Verifying accuracy of data and analyzing reports to track progress of projects. Identifying areas of deficiency or non-compliance and recommending corrective action. Utilizing share point, accessing database/dashboards, excel spreadsheets and creating PowerPoint briefs with the ability to train other Quality Specialists. Briefing Senior Management on data analysis and risk management concepts. Education Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
