Responsibilities 8 hour day shift M-FEligible for Profit Sharing BonusesReport to front line leadership.Promote a Safe & Productive team work environmentCommunicates and cooperates with other employees in a positive and constructive manner to achieve the goals of the department and the plant.Communicate issues & upcoming events between shiftsInspects and tests raw materials and plastic products following documented plant specifications.Usage of measuring instruments and test equipment.Examines surface of products for cosmetic defects, such as scratches, burns and discolorations.In-process inspections on current productionAuditing of finished goodsReporting all test & inspection results within Shop Floor softwareDocument, isolate and report non-conformances within production to front line leadership.Perform routine housekeeping and cleaning as assigned/requiredUphold Safety AbsolutesWork & perform to ISO standards, SOPs & Work InstructionsUphold Quality Standards & follow the Absolutes.Other duties as assigned Qualifications Capable of physical mobility including sitting, bending, twisting, standing, and lifting.Capable of reading, writing, and speaking English.Some computer skillsCapable of lifting up to 35lbs periodicallyCapable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE: PPE includes but is not limited to Bump Cap or Hard Hat, Safety Eyewear or PrescriptionSafety Eyewear, Safety Shoes, Hearing Protection and Disposable Mask.Capable of maintaining an attendance record within Company guidelines and working required overtime.High School Graduate or equivalentNegative drug screen results.Work in a safe mannerAbility to multi-task
