Quality Assurance Specialist I

ManTech is seeking a skilled, professional and service-oriented **Quality Assurance Specialist I** to join our vehicle sustainment team. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Agriculture Cleaning and African Swine Fever Sanitization (ACAS) program.
*Important Note
*: Selected candidates without an ACTIVE German/E.U. Work Visa will be required to work the first 60 days in a Temporary role while obtaining their Visa. Once an E.U. Work Visa is approved, then you will be offered a Full-Time German Contract. If accepted, then you will be subjected to paying German taxes, obtaining German Healthcare, and working within the guidelines of the German labor system.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
+ Assisting more senior quality assurance positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions.
+ Under direction, facilitates development of a quality assurance program and oversees inspections and corrective action plans that meet or exceed maintenance and supply standards.
+ Performs quality assurance for all work performed within assigned mission areas.
+ Inspects work in progress and record observations.
+ Prepares corrective action plans based on data, observations, and reports.
+ Submits recommendations for any required training to improve quality control processes or skills to correct identified deficiencies.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Required Qualifications** :
+ Must obtain or already have an active Germany/E.U. Work VISA to be considered.
+ 3 years of relevant experience which includes:
+ Providing administrative support and coordination to a contract, project, or task.
+ Preparing and managing correspondences, reports, and documents, implementing and maintaining office systems, schedules and calendars, handling incoming mail and other material, set up and maintaining file systems, collating information, and maintaining databases.
+ Quality Management Systems.
+ Auditing internal policies/procedures and recommending process improvement initiatives.
+ Ability to meet the government deployment physical requirements, if needed
+ Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
+ Valid Driver’s License.
+ High School Diploma or GED.
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Familiarity with ISO 9001
+ Willingness to travel to various US or OCONUS locations in support of program customers.
+ Attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
+ Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
+ Must be able to work in high noise areas.
+ Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
+ Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
