ABOUT THE JOB:

Willscot seeks an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Salesforce system testing process.  This role is responsible for development, design, and execution of test plans; leading the design and documenting of detailed test scripts and cases to ensure thorough coverage of requirements; monitoring the execution of test cases, tracking progress, and managing test environments; identifying, logging, and prioritizing defects found during testing, and communicating them effectively to developers; managing and mentoring a team of QA testers; and providing regular updates on testing progress, identifying potential risks, and communicating test results to stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Manage team of QA Specialists to ensure adherence to quality control goals within the SFDC production pipeline; ensure proper prioritization of tickets, proper documentation, timely completion of testing plans to ensure release readiness goals. Design testing playbook for all future SFDC application testing; outline scenarios and procedures through which each element being introduced into the customer applications eco-system should pass. Work with BA and Development teams to understand enhancement goals, design, and impact to assist with test scrip writing and impact analysis. Serve as primary point of contact for all business testers executing through the UAT phase of development.  Confirm proper UAT execution and documentation along with necessary follow up activities to ensure timely sign off. Maintain detailed documentation of testing process, results, and feedback and collaborate to maintain ongoing process map updates. Additional Duties and Functions as assigned. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Education and Experience: 

Minimum Required Education level: Bachelor Degree Preferred Education Level: Business, Finance, IT or related experience   Years of related experience:   3+ years QA experience, preferably in a leadership role  2+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud experience  3+ years of management experience 


Skills & Systems: 

Required Skills:  Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies Expertise in different types of testing (functional, regression, performance, usability) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems Strong communications skills; written and verbal Preferred Skills:  Disciplined and methodical approach to process Experience in Visio or equivalent workflow process documentation tool Project management experience

Physical Requirements:
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Eyesight and Auditory Skills must be sufficient to meet safety expectations of the position.  The employee must be able to verbally communicate with employees, co-workers, and customers in person and by phone. The employee must also be able to travel to various work environments.
