As a **Quality Assurance Supervisor** , you’ll lead a dedicated quality team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the highest standards in a fast-paced distribution center. **Pay** : Up to $70k/yr **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and develop the Quality Assurance team, ensuring efficient daily operations. + Oversee inspections, product releases, and returns processing to meet quality standards. + Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 13485. + Conduct audits, manage CAPAs, and implement process improvements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality processes with business operations. + Ensure proper documentation control and regulatory adherence. + Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report quality performance to senior management. + Oversee risk management, regulatory compliance, and internal audits to maintain high-quality standards.
