**Aerotek is hiring an overnight** **Senior** **Quality Assurance Technician to join our dynamic team at a renowned food manufacturing company in Denver, CO!** **Job Description** The Senior Quality Assurance position will oversee aspects of quality assurance within the manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance. **Responsibilities** + Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and processes. + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. + Complete batch record review of various products and data entry into the management software system. + Disposition products (assign/change status) in management software systems as assigned. + Review, organize, and file production records. + Perform and/or assist with root cause analysis. + Prepare and organize records as requested for internal and external audits. **Shift & Pay:** + Overnight shift: Wednesday - Saturday, 8pm-6am (4x10hr shifts) + $25-$27/hr **Essential Skills** + Experience in quality assurance and quality control. + Knowledge of quality inspection processes. + Experience in food manufacturing. + Strong background in food safety. + Understanding of regulatory compliance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to perform root cause analysis. + Experience with batch record review and data entry. + Organizational skills for managing and filing production records. **Why Work Here?** This is a stable, large company that offers great benefits and opportunities for growth.
