Job Description
The Quality Assurance Technician will monitor operations to ensure compliance and production standards are met. This includes inspection and verification activities in the manufacturing process, all while ensuring the highest quality and food safety guidelines. They will identify any issues and report inspections, auditing reports, and records to management.
QA start times vary and can change (they also rotate among their shift weekly). For the most part, 1st shift starts between 4 am-8 am, 2nd shift starts between 2 pm-5 pm, and 3rd shift starts between 11 pm-1 am. Schedule can change week to week by an hour or so, and shifts are posted on Thursdays the week before. Saturdays are potential workdays.
