Quality Technician Needed in Brookshire, TX!
Position Overview: Under the direction of the Quality Manager, the Quality Technician responsible for supporting the improvement of product quality through Continuous Improvement Projects, Inspection, Rework, and Refurbishment of products. Duties include working directly with operations teams to improve quality, support the documentation and tracking of defects, and coordinating rework efforts to fix issues as soon as possible in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Perform general assembly per instructions or specifications
• Operate any equipment/machinery needed to perform the tasks given
• Evaluate product and perform quality inspection on assembled product
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor
• Prepare finished product for shipping Requirements:
• Basic assembly experience and general knowledge of power and hand tools required
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work overtime when needed
