Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician
Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking mentorship and a diverse role within Quality Assurance. You will assist with documentation and incoming inventory, and work closely with the Quality Manager. This position involves quality inspection of samples, documentation through tracking systems, and handling time-sensitive projects.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct visual quality inspection of samples.
+ Document and track quality issues.
+ Perform quality assurance and quality control for microbial products.
+ Support in writing and reviewing controlled documentation for the Quality Management System (QMS).
+ Process samples for evaluation of in-process packaging and finished products.
+ Assist in investigational evaluations in the warehouse and work with the Quality Lab as needed.
+ Support general quality warehouse operations, including waste removal, hazardous waste disposal, safety policies, and equipment maintenance.
Essential Skills
+ Associates in Science or higher education is a plus. Hight School Diploma required.
+ Good communication skills
+ Good computer skills and data entry abilities
+ Minimum 6 months experience working within a GMP environment or following SOPs is a plus

+ Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
Work Environment
This role is based in a clean environment with shared office space. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The job requires lifting packages between 25-50 pounds.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
