Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician

Job Description

The QA Lab Technician will perform various duties within the facility. They will follow cGMP and BRC standards, perform QC checks on the floor and lab testing of raw materials and in-process products, advise on updating SOPs, conduct internal audits, perform investigations and root-cause analysis, and complete data entry/reporting via Excel. The role involves frequent cross-functional communication between all manufacturing departments and leadership. The candidate must be able to work well on a team and independently.

The plant operates 24/7 and the schedule will include at least one weekend day. The team consists of an Assistant Quality Manager and 3 technicians per shift. Per GMP guidelines, the candidate cannot wear artificial nails or eyelashes, visible jewelry, and must wear closed-toed shoes, long pants, and long-sleeve shirts. A uniform and freezer jackets will be provided, as the technician will be in and out of the freezer throughout the day.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.20 - $21.70/hr.
