The Quality Assurance Technician opportunity is for our Second Shift. MINIMUM SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/RESPONSIBILITIES:• 1-year experience in food manufacturing/related field• Ability to work with Microsoft Suite of Business Software (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)• Ability to work with an ERP (enterprise resource planning) software such as SAP, Oracle, etc.• Ability to read, comprehend, and apply customer product standards to the Bev-Hub process.• Ability to use basic laboratory equipment such as pH meter, Refractometer, Densitometer, Total Solids unit and Viscometer by following detailed laboratory procedures.• Use of sophisticated Can Double Seam Inspection equipment• Use of sophisticated Bottle Cap Inspection equipment• Detail oriented with a demonstrable ability to fill out Quality Analysis paperwork• Ability to multi-task in high energy fast-paced manufacturing environment• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (10+ hour shift)• Ability to communicate with Production management and staff to address any non-conformance issues that may be encountered.
PREFERRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:• Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent• Experience with Food manufacturing, especially companies certified to a Global Food Safety Initiatives (GFSI) approved Food Safety Scheme• Data entry experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
