The Quality Assurance/Tester (QAT) is responsible for the design, pilot, and implementation of the software quality assurance review processes.
Complete Description:
Iowa Department of Human Services, Division of Data Management is looking to replace a legacy application and has a need to interface existing mainframe systems with a new server based eligibility system. The QA Tester must be able to develop test scenarios and is responsible for writing & executing test plans & scripts.
Demonstrated experience working directly with the business analyst and system SMEs to understand the system requirements, use cases and performance considerations. Experience executing test cases in a mainframe environment.
Testing will occur on both Mainframe and Web Technologies so prior experience and knowledge is required in these platforms.
Excellent communication skills is absolutely required for this position.
