Description We are offering a long-term part time contract employment opportunity for a Manual Quality Assurance Tester, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role is focused on ensuring the quality of our digital site rebuild and potential marketing automation projects. The tester will be tasked with testing integrations, end-to-end functionality, user interface, and data flow, effectively bridging the gap between design and system. Responsibilities: • Ensure the quality of our digital site rebuild by testing integrations, user interface, and end-to-end functionality. • Participate in daily stand-ups and report defects using Jira. • Validate data, APIs, and front-end/email experiences. • Test data migration, journeys, and email rendering in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • Create and manage test plans based on user stories and acceptance criteria. • Conduct backend and API testing to ensure system integrity. • Test rendering on various platforms using BrowserStack. • Contribute to sprint reviews and provide data reporting. • Carry out regression testing and report any issues. • Use strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Manual Quality Assurance Tester role or similar. • Proficient in Backend Testing, ensuring the server-side of applications function as expected. • Experience in API Testing, verifying the performance, functionality, and security of APIs. • Knowledge of Data Integration, possessing the ability to combine data from different sources and provide users with a unified view of these data. • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), understanding its various tools and functionalities. • Able to create Data Reports, providing comprehensive and accurate data analysis. • Experience in Data Validation, ensuring that data is clean, correct, and useful. • Proficiency in User Interface Software, understanding how to test and validate the user interaction with the software.
