The hourly rate offered for the role is $21.22/hr.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Tester/Solderer to ensure the quality and functionality of our products meet industry standards. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in testing and adjusting units to meet specifications and troubleshooting identified issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform solder assembly operations according to established procedures. Test and adjust units to meet in-shop, final test, and FTP specifications. Read and understand overall drawings, test specifications, and ATP reports. Utilize measurement instruments to check parts for compliance with quality specifications. Troubleshoot a wide variety of complex units. Operate mass spectrometers and ESS equipment when required. Collaborate effectively in a team environment, sharing work and problem-solving responsibilities. Provide training to other employees as needed.Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of quality assurance background required Minimum of 2 years of soldering experience. Minimum of 1 year of various quality assurance/measurement equipment including but not limited to mass spectrometers and ESS equipment. Ability to effectively read blueprints (will be tested prior to hire). Mechanical aptitude required. Assembly background highly desired. Electrical background highly desired.
