Job DescriptionFollow and support ISO 9001:2015 and plant safety systems.Conduct first piece audits as per QA SOP.Perform in-process and finished goods audits to ensure product quality.Report and record nonconformities in TMS software.Collect samples for lab testing as per SOPs.Input sample data into the Infinity SPC database.Print and verify sterile labels when needed.Conduct raw and finished goods inspections.Train new QA hires on auditing, testing, and systems.Assist with production new hire training.Help with lab testing when necessary.Maintain 5S standards in work areas.Other tasks as required

QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED.Mechanical aptitude; experience with industrial equipment.Understand SOPs and Work Instructions.Wear required PPE and follow cleanroom protocols.Follow written, oral, and diagram instructions. Effective interaction with co-workers and management. Basic English proficiency.Physical Requirements:Lift/move up to 40 lbs.Walk, stoop, bend regularly.Perform inspections/tests standing or seated.Work in moderate to loud noise conditions.Clear vision for close and distant tasks.Work in cleanroom areas.Flexible schedule with overtime as needed.
