Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Conduct audit inspections within operations before outbound customer shipments, following applicable procedures, work instructions, and customer specifications. Perform and accurately document inspections within the Quality Management System (IMPACT). Collaborate with Inventory Management to ensure damaged boxes and products are inspected and disposed of correctly. Identify, contain, and issue appropriate documentation for non-conforming materials, including internal non-conforming events. Maintain proper segregation, documentation, and inventory of quarantined materials. Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives. Perform other job duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of Quality Assurance experience. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word). 0-2 years of warehouse operations experience with computer products.

Preferred Qualifications:Strong organizational skills.Good communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Abilities: Ability to see and inspect documents for accuracy. Ability to reach, retrieve, and maintain files. Ability to bend, push, move, and lift objects up to 15 pounds.

Work Schedule: The days of operation are Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime.
