You have experience in Chicago real estate or the drive to learn more about it Quality Builders, a Chicago-based General Contracting Technology (GC-Tech) company, is seeking an inside Sales Representative (future sales director) to join our team! We're a fast-growing startup that's transforming the renovations and rehab industry with trust, transparency, and GC-Tech.

As our Sales Rep, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts. Through cold emails, networking events, 1:1 initial consultations, proposal presentations, you'll show potential clients why QB is the ideal partner for renovation and rehab services.

Responsibilities:

Lead the Sales Effort: You will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, overseeing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Networking Expert: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails and networking events (plus but not required). Develop a network of key decision-makers and industry contacts to expand business opportunities and establish a strong presence in the market. 1:1 Consultations: Conduct 1:1 consultations with potential clients, showcasing our renovation and rehab services with expertise. Demonstrate a deep understanding of client needs and secure their commitment to our services. Work hand in hand with the proposal team to create and present proposals (close deals) Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies. Provide valuable input to shape lead generation initiatives and optimize the impact of sales and marketing efforts on overall business growth. Analyze Sales Performance: Dive into sales metrics and data to evaluate performance, identify trends, and uncover areas for improvement. Utilize insights to refine sales strategies, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous sales growth.
