Job Description:Quality Builders is looking for a Full Stack Developer/Product Manager/Data Engineer all-in one (future CTO) with an entrepreneurial mindset to help us scale our early-stage GC-Tech (General Contracting technology) start-up across the US.
Principal Responsibilities: Dissect the renovation process to understand the key data points to collect across each unique project to build a predictive model to estimate jobs instantaneously. Design and develop a matching algorithm (similar to Uber matching riders and drivers) by using the predictive estimating technology to pair clients with a full suite of subcontractors based on figure cost and schedules Integrate with existing project management software (e.g., BuilderTrend). Assisting other departments in using technology effectively Monitoring web analytics and making recommendations that align with the company’s goals. Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Develop and maintain clean, well-documented, and efficient code for both the front-end and back-end of our applications. Design and implement user interfaces that are user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing. Develop and maintain APIs that are secure, scalable, and well-documented.
