We proudly provide quality care and developmental education to over 30,000 children aged six weeks to twelve years. 

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Business Partner us to join our dynamic team!

 

The Quality Business Partner is responsible for managing and providing professional consultation to child day care centers licensees and applicants regarding program operations, professional services, and staff development to improve the quality of services.

 

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related fieldAt least 3 years of experience as a Compliance Officer, Compliance Manager or similar position; at least 2 years of childcare management experience preferredExtensive knowledge of state licensing regulations, State QRIS and /or national ECE accreditation programsProven ability to be self-motivated with a high degree of self-disciplineAbility to lead and develop othersFocused on details and ability to meet deadlinesConsiderable knowledge of theories, practices and principles of child development as related to child care services that include the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of childrenStrong knowledge of early childhood industry processes and regulationsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical mindset with excellent organizations skills
