Quality Complaints Associate Location: Salt Lake City, UT Description: + Job will be to review and approve parent complaint records in our quality management system. + They might be asked to do batch record retrieval, and sample inspections as well but this would be minimal. Responsibilities: + Track, investigate, and respond to customer complaints. + Monitor and maintain quality standards for products and processes. + This includes conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations. + Maintain accurate records of all quality-related activities, including complaint logs, audit reports, and compliance documentation. + Identify areas for improvement in quality processes and implement corrective actions. + Ensure that all quality processes comply with relevant regulations and standards. Required: + High school diploma and related experience. + Ability to notice small details and ensure accuracy in documentation and processes. + Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members. + Familiarity with quality management systems and relevant software tools-i.e. MS 365.
