To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Compliance Coordinator located in Buffalo Grove, IL.
Reporting to the Quality Compliance Supervisor, the Quality Compliance Coordinator role involves performing functions associated with quality control and quality assurance operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks and carrying out rework and quality assurance procedures related to production or operations.
What a typical day looks like:
Develops and executes implementation plan to meet site goals.Establishes regulatory compliance programs and procedures such as ISO documentation to ensure ongoing compliance with agency, and/or government regulations. Uses internal/external experts where appropriate.Coordinates corrective actionsIdentifies needs for evaluation/assessment with regard to regulatory issues and conducts or enlists internal/external experts to investigate, test and/or audit. Recommends corrective action to management and implements approved solutions. Follows up to ensure compliance.Develops and communicates site procedures to facilitate employee and process compliance. Assists in policy development. Develops and maintains documentation.Prepares applications, reports, etc., required by agency, for management approval.Reports program effectiveness and issues and makes recommendations to site management.Develops and coordinates audit and training programs. May conduct training and advise management of employees training compliance statusThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Associate degree in related field or equivalent is desirable4 years’ experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.Proficient with typing and using computers is required.Experience with document control preferred.Audit support experience preferred.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:
