**About the role**
As a CBRE Quality and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the team that supports quality assurance and quality control deliverables for small to medium-sized clients.
This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite in West Point, Pennsylvania.
**What you’ll do**
+ Quality Lead for West Point Site, West Point Manufacturing site, and North Wales site.
+ Report of all quality metrics and vendors services for all managed service which are reported to client and Quality Council.
+ Perform site audits in manufacturing areas associated with vendors services below CBRE responsibility.
+ Participate in all Facility Client meetings and Customer quarterly Governance Meetings.
+ Provide formal supervision to individual employee supporting the account.
+ Actively recognize and appropriately reward individuals and team collaborations.
+ Complete and submit objectives, mid-year reviews and year-end accomplishments.
+ Manage and engage in annual performance reviews for direct reports in a timely manner.
+ Actively identify, develop, and document best practices that increase our value to the client.
+ Demonstrate ability to apply and support new technology and corporate programs as they are rolled out.
+ Recruit new talent for supporting my responsible area.
+ Delivers and implements the CBRE compliance program and/or the client’s compliance program. Leads and participates in continuous improvement objects for both CBRE and the client.
+ Interfaces, partners, and interacts with both CBRE and the clients’ functional areas and leadership teams. Appropriately communicates quality and compliance initiatives and/or issues across the functional areas impacted. Responsible for reporting Compliance (among other quality and business metrics) status to the client during review meetings. Appropriately escalates and notifies CBRE and client management of quality and compliance issues.
+ Responsible for the inspection readiness program for the site. Inspection readiness may include periodic CBRE self-inspection, client self-inspections, or any external agency inspections like the FDA. Serve as the primary quality representative for CBRE operations during external agency or client audits. Work with the client for audit observations and the associated corrective measure.
+ Ensure that all employees are qualified for the role they perform (training).
+ Authors and negotiates terms of Quality Agreements with vendors.
+ Investigate deviations/events, issues, and manages Corrective/Preventative Actions. Lead for all deviations, corrective-preventive actions into the client quality systems (EtQ Reliance system).
+ Participates in creation and management of changes.
+ Preparation and presentation of the Quality portion for the Quality and Health Safety Environment (HSE) area, monthly meetings which is presented twice/month.
**What you’ll need**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Must have an appropriate license and/or certification where required by law.
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
+ Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and balance problems.
+ Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach.
