Quality Compliance Specialist
Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Quality Compliance Specialist to join their team. As a Quality Compliance Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Quality Compliance Specialist **Location:** Wayne, NJ **Pay Range: $60-$65/hrly** **What's the Job?** + Ensure customer notifications are completed according to the timelines established in the Global Field Action Plan; ensure compliance with global regulations and/or laws. + Track customer responses and product returns or servicing, as applicable, and review responses for accuracy and completeness. + Work with external carriers to resolve incorrect customer addresses to ensure delivery of recall letters. + Create, maintain, and process complex spreadsheets containing recall status information to support required effectiveness check and/or closure activities. + Develop and maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies through effective communication related to field actions. **What's Needed?** + A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline or equivalent work experience. + A minimum of three years of experience with medical devices or pharmaceuticals in a Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or Regulatory Compliance role. + Working knowledge of applicable FDA and international regulations. + Proficiency with SharePoint, Trackwise, and Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Effective research and analytical skills, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. + Gain valuable experience in regulatory compliance and quality assurance. + Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals dedicated to improving healthcare. + Enhance your skills and knowledge in the medical device industry. + Be part of a mission-driven organization focused on patient safety and product quality.
