Job DescriptionThe positions main responsibility is to provide expert support for the contract review and warranty process of OESL with major focus on Quality related topics. These activity include evaluation and negotiation of relevant customer requirements for assigned customers, to minimize Quality related negative impact on our buisiness in line with internal and international standards and strategies of the BA OESL.
Main tasks:
Representing Quality in contract review teamsNegotiation of new customer quality requirements for assigned customers Evaluation of contracts/requirements and feasibility check for implementation Monitoring of appropriate internal and external sources for new OESL relevant quality requirementsDrive, coordinate and support worldwide evaluation and negotiation of Customer Specific Requirements Prepare training material related to Contract-/ Warranty Management and CSR and perform respective trainings for Quality, other functions and locationsSupport OESL locations during internal-, IATF- and (for assigned) customer Audits regarding questions related to Contract and Warranty ManagementQualificationsBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree 2+ years relevant working experience in automotive business with direct OEM customer contactCustomer communication experienceExperience to lead challenging negotiations / conversations focusing on constructive work resultsKnowledge inVDA, AIAG, customer, legal and automotive related quality requirementsInternal Quality Management StandardsFluent English (written and spoken)Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
