**Quality Control Associate – 1st Shift**
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Quality Control Associate** to join our team! This role is responsible for processing customer returns, ensuring accuracy in product inspections, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience using **SAP and computer systems** , along with a keen eye for detail to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Process and inspect customer returns for accuracy and quality issues.
+ Utilize **SAP and computer systems** to document and track return transactions.
+ Identify and report any product defects or inconsistencies.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality-related issues.
+ Maintain accurate records and follow established quality control procedures.
+ Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
**Qualifications:**
+ Previous experience in **quality control, returns processing, or a related field** preferred.
+ Proficiency in **SAP and general computer applications** .
+ Strong **attention to detail** and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.

**Pay Details:** $16.00 to $20.00 per hour
