Position Overview:
As a Manufacturing Lab Technician, you will play a critical role in the production of our biotech products. You will assist in the manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals with 6 months to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or laboratory setting, looking to grow their career in the biotech field.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and processes in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Assist in the preparation and sterilization of materials and equipment for production.Conduct quality checks and perform tests on products to ensure they meet specifications.Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes and results in compliance with regulatory standards.Collaborate with the manufacturing team to troubleshoot any equipment or process issues.Participate in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in biotechnology, life sciences, or a related field is preferred.6 months to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.Basic understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.What We Offer:

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $38.00
