Quality Analyst I

As a Quality Analyst I here at Honeywell Industrial Automation, you will play a\ncrucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Your\nresponsibilities will involve conducting inspections and tests, analyzing data,\nand identifying areas for improvement in our manufacturing processes. You will\nhave the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive\ncontinuous enhancement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

This 2nd Shift Position will be worked from 3:30p - Midnight.  You will report directly to our Sr Quality Engineering Supervisor and you’ll\nwork out of our Cartersville, Georgia location onsite.

In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of our products,\nensuring customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement in our\nmanufacturing processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the processing of customer returned materials including scheduling,\nre-working, and returning to the customer. Also providing data generated from\nthe rework processes to the appropriate personnel.Write detailed work instructions for each returned shipment to ensure correct\nprocessing.    Collaborate with\ncross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements & waste reductionAssist the Quality Supervisor with data collection, reports, and special\nprojectsAssist in maintaining the QMS, ensuring calibrations and all\nwork instructions are kept up to date.
