Quality Control Chemist

Description

Kao is currently looking to hire a temporary QC Tech for their team. This is a challenging chemistry-based position in a large chemical processing facility. Daily duties include a demonstrable proficiency with standard chemical lab equipment and instrumentation, and may include use of the following specialized laboratory instrumentation platforms:

Thermogravimetric analysis (Differential Scanning Calorimetry)

Capillary Rheometry

Melt Indexers

Assay

HPLC

GC

pH

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- BS degree in Chemistry, other science degrees will be consider if they have prior chemical manufacturing experience.

- 1-3 years' experience in a laboratory setting - open to various industries

- 1-3 years of Gas Chromatography and High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)

- LIMS System experience (plus)

- GMP/GLP documentation experience preferred

- SOP knowledge

- ISO certified facility

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00
