With our continued growth, we are looking for a Quality Control Coordinator to join our team in Little Canada, MN. In this role you will be responsible for quality control on all phases of projects, visit project sites performing inspections and submit quality control reports.

The Role

Responsible for all aspects of quality control throughout all phases of assigned projectsDevelop and maintain the quality control plan for assigned projectsVisit project sites routinely, performing inspections to ensure work is completed in compliance with contract requirementsPrepare and submit quality control reportsCommunicate with internal and external leadership, escalating out of compliance work, safety, or quality control concernsConduct quality control meetings as neededOther duties as assigned Requirements Prior telecommunication construction or other relevant construction quality control experience a plusValid driver’s license required, Class A CDL a plusPassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)Open to a variety of schedules; evenings and/or weekends as neededAbility to travel daily; up to 50% travel requiring overnight stays as neededAbility to develop an understanding of company quality control program, company standards, procedures, codes etc.Ability to learn how to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprintsAbility to learn and understand OSHA safety requirements and NESC (National Electrical Safety Commission) safety guidelinesAbility to work in a fast paced environment with multiple prioritiesAbility to lift and carry 70lbs consistentlyAbility to complete work outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the timeAbility to safely work and navigate various terrains, managing equipment, safety equipment and tools
