Your Role:

Laboratory equipment acceptance:

Prepare SOP and WI.Acceptance of laboratory instruments and equipment.Establish instrumental analysis methods.

 

QC Routine job and management:

Chemical analysis.Prepare and maintain the QC document.Incoming materials CoA check and feedback the issue to supplier.Develop and improve QC method.Maintain and calibrate the QC instrument.Handle instruments and equipment consumable, spare part, gas, liquid purchase process.Support prepared customer CoA and eCoA.Support data input and release in SAP System.

SAP QM management:

 Support local implementation of SAP and legal entity changes.Support core key user.Participate in country verification workshop.Ensure local business needs are taken into account.Find any issue in SAP and participate testing in QQ1 for any QM CR or incident tickets.    Ensure that system fulfils local business requirements.Maintain and trouble-shooting the SAP QM system.Prepare and maintain SAP related documents.Setting new materials or new request in SAP system.

 

 

Who you are :

Education:

Major in Chemistry is preferred, at least Bachelor’s degree.

Working Experience:

5+ years of quality control experience in the chemical industry preferred. 

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

Familiar with ICP-MS, ICP-OES, IC, HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, KF, etc.Operation experience of specialty/hazard chemical and organic solvent.The safety certificate/ license of local regulation is preferred.Good English speaking and writing are a plus.Ability to communicate and coordinate across functions. Applicants with knowledge of precursors on thin film depositions for semiconductor are preferred.
