You'll perform inspections, tests, and checks, recording your observations to help improve manufacturing processes. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of the company while growing your skills. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform quality control inspections at different stages of production. + Inspect materials, parts, and products for defects or irregularities. + Record and report observations, offering recommendations to improve processes. + Work with a team to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications. + Lift up to 30 lbs or more regularly. + Perform other tasks as needed, including working overtime and holidays (2 Saturdays a month). **Special Considerations:** + Steel-toed shoes and safety glasses are required. + Lifting requirements may exceed 30 lbs, with repetitions throughout the shift. + Exposure to machine, chemical, biological, or other physical risks. + Flexibility to rotate between shifts and buildings as needed. **Required Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + 0-2 years of related experience in quality control or manufacturing. + Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within quality control. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established guidelines and instructions. + Ability to work under supervision and with some degree of creativity. **Why Join Us?** At our company, we believe in supporting our team members and fostering a collaborative work environment.
