Now hiring for a Quality Control Inspector in the City of Gardena!

\r\n\r\n

As a Quality Control Inspector you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPerform in process, receiving, final, and first article inspections using customer drawings to determine compliance and record inspection status on QC record\r\n\tProficient with measurement & inspection equipment (microscopes, calipers, multi-meters, ohm meters)\r\n\tInspection of electronic assy’s, Harnesses and enclosures to IPC-610, WHMA620 and ANSI-J-001 class 3 requirements\r\n\tUnderstanding of ANSI-J-001 Class 3 requirements for soldering SMT devices to PCB’s and inspection under a microscope\r\n\tKnowledge of soldering, routing and attaching (using adhesive) of jumper’s wires to PCB’s.\r\n\tThorough understanding of PCB assembly drawings and related documents: ECN’s, assembly instructions, and travelors\r\n\tProficient using microscopes for inspection\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a Full Time Opportunity

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tMust have previous experience in an EMS or OEM environment\r\n\tEducation Level – High School\r\n\tMinimum 5 year’s experience in electronics manufacturing. •\r\n\tMechanical inspection and ability to interpret Blue prints and Assembly instructions\r\n\tExperience working in an ISO 9001 or AS9100, NADCAP-certified electronics manufacturing environment \r\n\tExperience inspecting printed circuit board assemblies to IPC-A-610 and IPC-JSTD-001 standards\r\n\tMust be proficient in English including the ability to communicate with all departments in the company\r\n\tKnowledge of military and or commercial electronics and components • Knowledge of ANSI-J-001ES and NASA std 9739.1 a plus\r\n\r\n\r\n

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tFamiliarity with most tools and equipment in a machine shop, including Lathes, Grinders, Saws, Deburring Equipment, Various Measuring Tools, Must be able to read and write in English.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Schedule: Monday to Friday 6am-2:30pm

\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
