Our client, a manufacturing company in Chelmsford, MA is looking to hire a Quality Control Inspector. The ideal candidate will need intermediate computer and math skills. Responsibilities for this position include approving finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming re-work.

The Day-to-Day:

Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards.Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products.Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods.Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs.Maintain ISO / AS9100 complianceCommunicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestionsAssist with the NCMR process (non-conforming product)

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GEDAttention to detail, analytical skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to use precise measurement tools3 consecutive years of QC experience.Knowledge of ISO 9000

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$23.00 to $30.00 /hrMonday to Friday7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
