**Job Title: Quality Control Inspector** **Job Description** We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will perform visual inspections of electronic cards, sub-assemblies, and systems to ensure all products meet established specifications for reliability and workmanship. This role is essential in maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** + Perform visual inspection of electronic cards, sub-assemblies, and systems to ensure product meets established specifications for reliability and workmanship. + Utilize gauges, templates, microscopes, and other manufacturing aids to verify product specifications. + Ensure all required process operations have been completed on inspected products. + Enter all quality data into appropriate electronic or manual systems. + Notify appropriate personnel if unusual product defects are identified or if process yields fall below acceptable levels. + Provide timely feedback to manufacturing if non-conforming product is identified. + Accurately complete all administrative activities associated with quality inspection. + Perform process audits and assist manufacturing with the interpretation of quality and workmanship standards. + Assist with the disposition of all non-conforming materials/products. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in quality control and quality assurance procedures. + Experience with visual inspection techniques. + Knowledge of blueprint reading. + Experience in inspection and manufacturing operations. **Why Work Here?** Join our team and be part of a company that values high-quality standards and strives for excellence in all aspects of manufacturing.
