**Job Title: Quality Control Inspector** **Job Description** Conducts examinations and quality control inspections on products, materials, components, and parts at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards. **Responsibilities** + Conduct examinations and quality control inspections on products, materials, and components to ensure alignment with product requirements and quality standards. + Provide detailed analysis, troubleshooting, and evaluation of components, assemblies, and systems. + Maintain documentation records and data on tests performed. + Recommend quality control solutions to complex problems and implement corrective actions. + Set up or build special test panels to facilitate testing and evaluation as needed. + Perform internal audits based on established criteria and record the results. + Other responsibilities as assigned. + Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and additional hours as necessary. **Essential Skills** + Experience in quality control, quality assurance, and in-process inspection. + Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. + Knowledge of silicone, rubber, and extrusion processes. + Attention to detail and ability to follow detailed job instructions. + Ability to apply a systematic quality assurance approach while using existing procedures to solve standard problems. + Skilled at measuring and using test equipment as prescribed by job requirements. + Proficient computer skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to identify and independently resolve routine issues. **Why Work Here?** This is a contract-to-hire role with a 6-month evaluation period, offering the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.
