The DuPont's Quality Control team at the Pindamonhangaba plant is looking for a Quality Control Laboratory Technician. As Quality Control Laboratory Technician, you will provide high-quality analytical data to release raw materials and finish products in support of the objectives and goals of the Adhesive business, perform activities related to the Quality System and work on continuous improvement projects.
Your key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do:
Technical position that requires knowledge and practical skills to perform a defined set of analytical processes.Requires broad technical skills in analytical methods to perform a defined set of activities.Understands how the team integrates with other teams to accomplish unit objectives.Works under moderate supervision, within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods.Recognizes and resolves typical problems that may occur in the work area.Evaluates and selects solutions based on established operational procedures and/or analytical/scientific methods.Analyze samples according to the sample plan.Prioritize and analyze special request samples.Use tools and apply statistics to evaluate the validity of data and compared to specification limits, in order to determine and take appropriate actions.Document, communicate, and archive results.Follow appropriate retest / resample procedures as outlined by the business.Communicate role related information between shifts, day staff, and business partners.Participate in facility management, including, but not limited to managing materials & supplies, housekeeping, and managing waste.Follow Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) and Operating Discipline / Quality System procedures.Assure compliance to rules and regulations such as EH&S and IATF 16949Provide support and execute activities carried out in the Quality Management System process.Qualifications:
Professional technical training in Chemistry or a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, with an active CRQ.Professional experience in laboratory environment and/or experience in quality systems. Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.Experience with statistical analysis (Minitab).Green belt certification.Desirable professional experience with SAP.Will be a difference: Experience in applying core tools (MSA, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, CEP).Ability and agility to change priorities and solve problems.Oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.Join our Talent Community to stay connected with us!
